Welcome to my first Invercargill update.
This initial update is just to raise awareness that I am active now in finding deals for investor clients in the Invercargill property market.
FYI I am based in Dunedin, but I lived in Invercargill for 20+ years at school and working as a school teacher (quite some time ago now) and I know the city well.
I decided to expand my reach for my investor clients into the Invercargill market a few months ago and it has become very busy and demand
for my services has grown. My first client has since returned and purchased a second investment property in the city.
Well, to date, based on discussions with clients and potential clients, Invercargill seems to be a very solid investment option for the following:

buyer for an off- or on-market deal.
