This initial update is just to raise awareness that I am active now in finding deals for investor clients in the Invercargill property
market.
FYI I am based in Dunedin, but I lived in Invercargill for 20+ years at school and working as a school teacher (quite some time ago now) and
I know the city well.
I decided to expand my reach for my investor clients into the Invercargill market a few months ago and it has become very busy and demand
for my services has grown. My first client has since returned and purchased a second investment property in the city.
Invercargill Investment Strategies
Well, to date, based on discussions with clients and potential clients, Invercargill seems to be a very solid investment option for
the following:
Investors with lower budgets ($300,000+) looking for good yields in comparison with other similar size cities.
Investors keen on infill housing as a strategy. Meaning, buying a property with subdivision/development potential and keeping the initial
property on the site as a rental.
Investors keen on multi-income investments up to and including blocks of flats up to 5 units.
Investors keen on development sites for up to 3-4 standalone houses.
