Our busy, first-time investor client wanted exposure to the growing Auckland market, with a property that offered good buying, attractive income and - most importantly - value appreciation over the medium to long-term.

They wanted expert advice and ideas about which suburbs are likely to outperform the market. Rental yield was relevant, but not a priority, with the prospect of a trouble-free tenancy and a future premium sale price being their primary objectives.
