This property was an off-market deal that our agent sourced for Premium Buyer Service clients, who area based in Wellington. This property matched the requirements our clients had to purchase, and while off-market does not always mean it is better value, in this case, all on market comparisons were between $70,000-$100,000 more expensive, so there was great instant equity built in to this purchase.
Our clients were looking for a multi income property - one that maximises income off the site, however they were not looking for a large project/renovation. This property is near new and as it is a duplex, it means that each 2 bedroom home is on its own individual title.
