We offer and secure the deal.

We negotiate on your behalf and structure the offer to protect you, with conditions that give you room to check everything.

Due diligence reports arranged

Building reports, LIM analysis, valuations, Healthy-Homes checks through to settlement. We coordinate this on your behalf so you can make the best decision.

Step 6

Property management sorted.

We assist with the pre-settlement inspection and handle the transition to property management for the long-term.
