Recently purchased through our Buyer’s Agency service, this property is an example of an off-market deal that worked well for my clients, returning to buy another student investment property in Dunedin.
My client’s investment brief was pretty clear. “Let me know when you find a student investment of similar quality, age, yield and location (outside of the hazard area) to my previous property.”
So, I started to chat to a few agents and property managers and as timing would have it, a property built by a well-regarded local developer was about to be prepared for market.
I quickly organised a viewing of the property, snapped a few photos and videos for my clients, and as they say, the rest is history.
