Recently purchased through our Buyer’s Agency Service, this property is an example of an investor who jumped at a deal promoted through the iFindProperty Deal Sheet.
My client had purchased an investment property in Hawkes Bay last year through iFindProperty and was keen to continue to grow and diversify the locations of his portfolio.

After winning a multi-offer scenario on the property , we got to ordering the LIM, Build, and Healthy Homes Reports. I also provided some referrals for potential property managers and made a referral to an insurance broker and to the team at Valuit.
