Deal won through Buyer’s Agency
Recently purchased through our Buyer’s Agency Service, this property is an example of an investor who jumped at a deal promoted through the iFindProperty Deal Sheet.
My client had purchased an investment property in Hawkes Bay last year through iFindProperty and was keen to continue to grow and diversify the locations of his portfolio.
We chatted about multi-income properties, and I shared some of my recent deals for clients as well as other multi-income properties that had sold in the last 3-6 months to expand the client's knowledge of the Dunedin market.
After a bit of a delay while the client investigated an investment opportunity in the North Island, my client returned to show interest in one of the Dunedin Deals advertised in our Deal Sheet Email.
I quickly got to work sharing information and photos of the property, and put together some commentary on the area and tenants, etc., as well as the Cashflow Spreadsheet based on a suggested top-dollar offer.
After winning a multi-offer scenario on the property , we got to ordering the LIM, Build, and Healthy Homes Reports. I also provided some referrals for potential property managers and made a referral to an insurance broker and to the team at Valuit.
