During the early 2000s, she worked as a property finder for an investment company, where she developed a strong interest in real estate and began her career in the sector. She devoted herself to learning through investment literature and publications, developing specialised knowledge.
She subsequently obtained her Real Estate License and established a successful real estate business. Throughout Christchurch’s EQC repair and rebuild phase, she achieved premium agent status for multiple consecutive years, completing hundreds of property transactions and developing expertise in identifying investment opportunities.
What motivates Leanne about property investment is the abundance of possibilities available. She maintains strong conviction in Christchurch’s future potential, believing the city has not yet achieved its full value.
