Leanne's passion for property investment began with the influential book ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ by Robert Kiyosaki. In the early 2000s, she worked as a property finder for an investment company, where she caught “the property bug” and started her journey in the real estate world. Eager to learn, Leanne immersed herself in every investment book and magazine available, honing her knowledge and expertise in the field.

Later, she earned her Real Estate License and went on to build a thriving real estate business. During Christchurch's EQC repair and rebuild phase, she was awarded as a premium agent for several successive years, transacting hundreds of properties and developing a keen eye for investment opportunities.

What excites Leanne about property investment is the limitless opportunities it presents. She holds a strong belief in Christchurch's future potential, convinced that the city is yet to realize its true value. With a firm belief in the future of Christchurch, she sees a city rich with opportunity.  Leanne is confident in her ability to guide investors through the complexities of Technical Categories and EQC repairs, putting their minds at ease.
