Born and bred in Hawke’s Bay, Jeremy has a deep connection with the region and a strong understanding of its property market. He is on the executive committee at the Hawke’s Bay Property Investors Association.
His journey in property investing began while he was working on a farm near Pahiatua, where he saved hard and stretched his funds to buy a 4-bedroom property in Palmerston North. On weekends and between tenancies he did a few cosmetic touch-ups, as well as adding a 5th bedroom and renting it to students.
Over time, Jeremy’s portfolio has expanded to include investments in the Hawke’s Bay area, where his most recent project has been a new build on the back of an existing property he owns. He is experienced at renovations, Airbnbs, and long-term tenancies.
Jeremy specialises in identifying properties with strong potential for value growth — whether that’s through subdivision, adding an extra bedroom, renovating, or simply buying and holding with a solid yield. His approach is focused on finding opportunities that offer upside for investors and suit their goals and lifestyle.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys diving, hunting, and managing his seasonal cruise ship tourism business.
