Ben Meehan.

Ben has always had a passion for property as an asset class. He managed to save up and buy his first house in Hamilton within 18 months of finishing university. Ben graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Agriculture and Commerce. After graduation, Ben started his career as an Agronomist, and has been based in the Waikato region for over 5 years now.

Due to the advisory nature of his work, he believes it is extremely important to listen carefully to the needs of his clients in order to find a solution that matches their expectations. This is the same for property as it is for agriculture. Ultimately he wants to exceed the expectations of clients and make things happen. Ben’s excellent communication skills, together with his ability to relate to people from diverse industries, cultural backgrounds and walks of life, make him very easy to warm to and are key to achieving positive outcomes.

Ben believes that the key element for succeeding in real estate, apart from just plain hard work and enthusiasm, is an in-depth knowledge of the local property market. He has strong knowledge of the key Waikato areas, as well as the areas to avoid.

Ben is a people and family-oriented person. Upfront and down to earth, he has very strong core values that are based around honesty, hard work, trust and professionalism. When not selling property, Ben can be found playing tennis, fishing, exercising in the gym and spending time with his family. Ben is constantly investing time and resources in order to remain competent and up-to-date with the current real estate market.
