I have been doing business with Maree since 2008 and have bought 3 properties through her. As an ex-pat investor I find Maree's end-to-end approach to service very reassuring. She helps work through all due diligence items, arranges council documents, facilitates inspections and rental appraisals, locates tradespeople for renovations and sets up the ongoing property management. I couldn't do any of that from where I live and must say that without Maree's help I likely never would have started investing in property. What I like most about working with Maree is the level of integrity she brings to the table.
