Maree LOVES what she does!
She loves finding that deal that will have clients bombarding our email inbox!

Following a successful 20 year physiotherapy career Maree’s first ‘dabble’ in property investment soon had her realising how much more she got out of the property investment industry – resulting in a shift of focus from ‘muscle-mobility’ to property equity!

As a property investor herself, Maree has learned from her experiences (particularly the bad ones), and is continually adding to her property knowledge and education.

She has also invested considerably in her personal development and is a NLP (neuro-linguistic-programmming) practitioner.  Maree is the immediate past president of the Rotorua Property Investor's Association.

Maree is also an inspiring public speaker, and enjoys sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm within the property investment community.

Maree's goal is to keep the process as simple, smooth and profitable as possible for our clients.

Jo Waters has a passion for property.  Starting out working in the conveyancing department within a large law firm in Auckland City at the age of 18 she discovered an interest that is still strong today. 
 
At the age of just 24, Jo was involved in teaching investors how to buy property and all aspects of property investing from the ground up.  Her first position was learning how to find the best property deals for investors, and has since helped investors purchase millions of dollars worth of investment properties, both from her deals and also showing how to find them through various mentoring programmes.
 
Jo became the Operations Manager to a team of 15 property finders throughout New Zealand. She was also Mentoring Manager and coach throughout New Zealand for property investment, running the mentoring group evenings in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch and was on call 24 hours 7 days a week for a mentoring phone line. 

Jo followed her love of property, personally growing a large investment portfolio by the time she was 26.  She is a graduate of the Anthony Robbins 'Unleash the Power Within' event (yes… including the fire walk!), Kurek Ashly seminars and countless property investment seminars throughout the years.
 
Having taken a break to have a family, Jo is now back in full force with her experience of finding great deals so she can assist Maree to bring them to you.

Jo is currently studying towards her own license so she can join Maree as a buyers agent.
